Lynn A. Dugle

Lynn Dugle is President of Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS), a role she assumed in 2009. She is also a Raytheon Company Vice President. She was previously Vice President and deputy general manager of IIS.
IIS is a leader in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, advanced cyber solutions, weather and environmental solutions, and information-based solutions for law enforcement and homeland security.
Prior to her role at IIS, Ms. Dugle was Vice President, Engineering, Technology and Quality for Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS), responsible for the function’s strategic direction, leadership and operations. Before joining Raytheon in April 2004, Ms. Dugle held officer-level positions with ADC Telecommunications. While based in Australia, Dugle was responsible for leading teams in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. She has also managed design and production facilities in Austria and Argentina.
Ms. Dugle began her career at Texas Instruments as a program engineer and rose to Vice President of Quality for the Defense Systems and Electronics Group.
She is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Board of Directors; the
CyberPatriot Board of Advisors; the Clemson University, College of Engineering and Science Advisory Board; and the Raytheon Australia Board of Directors.
She has a BSc (Technical Management) and a BA from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of Texas.
